Updated: 6 November 2016 with a new map shown below
I am leaving the older maps on here as a reference for now. A survey was done this past year to ensure all areas were current. I have worked very hard to ensure the notes on these maps are correct. But being human, my notes may have an error. If you find one, let me know so I can make the correction.
New Area Map with notes This is the new map with the notes I added.
To do your own homework you can utilize the Grant County Sheriff Tax records and the Grant County PVA web site to look up each lot by SECTION, LOT NUMBER and NAME OF OWNER. You can also see if the home is a HSE – House, DBL = Double wide, or a MOD – Modular. To see the tax district designation – City of Crittenden or Common (County) you need to look at each tax record and/or the PVA documents.
EASY METHOD – Look at your Tax Bill.
Description says HSE = House. MOD = Modular Home. DBL = Double Wide Mobile Home
District says 01 Common you are designated County
District says 03 you are designated City of Crittenden
This has NOTHING WHATSOEVER to do with your mailing address. That is ### Claiborne Drive, Dry Ridge, KY 41035 You can check that with the link on the side of the page.
